Stress and Trauma, two different ends of a wide spectrum, are increasingly being used interchangeably, but they are two very different stages in a persons capacity to meet challenge and threat.

The physio-emotional response to stress and trauma are equally determined by duration, intensity, cumulation; our ability to adapt to challenging situations. Historic trauma and modern stressors are colliding and causing increasing distress in the community.

Our workshops look at the cause and effect of stress and trauma, and we cover psychological first aid, psychological wellbeing, holistic wellbeing models, and decompression techniques, and we look at the impacts of how 'happiology' is affecting our ability to engage with our emotions.

  • Psychological Wellbeing and Psychological First Aid Workshops
  • Our physio-emotional responses to Stress and Trauma
  • How historic trauma affects the health and wellbeing of a person acutely and/or chronically
  • Stress & Trauma, the collision of Historic Trauma & modern day stressors, what is stress, when does it become trauma?
  • Emotions and the 'Happiology' or 'Toxic Positivity' movement, how our emotions are an integral part of us and why
  • Respect & Inclusion - working together and supporting each other in the workplace
