This workshop looks at our Emotional range and how emotions are viewed today.
There is a movement today to suppress our 'negative' emotions or the 'bad' and 'ugly' ones, that only 'good' emotions are acceptable, and this 'happyology' or 'toxic positivity' is beginning to have consequences.
We look at the 'Basic 7' emotions, and where these
