Our workshops focus on the dynamics of attachment and connection, personal interactions, this training provides insight into recognising and establishing boundaries, identifying red flags, and promoting personal safety within various types of relationships. Attendees will leave equipped with practical tools to cultivate and maintain respectful and nurturing connections

Our Sexual safety and consent workshop explores the nuances of sexual consent, including verbal, and non verbal cues, the impact of power dynamics, and the importance of ongoing communication. We will address common myths, understanding affirmative consent, and strategies to communicate desires and limits effectively.
